Shipping Policy

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Once orders have been placed, items, sizes, addresses can not be amended due to security reasons.

All orders are sent from Spain via Correos or UPS Tracked service. Please allow 2-5 working days for national delivery and 7-10 working days for all overseas orders.

Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next available working day. Note that delivery times may be extended in busy periods.

Delivery times can vary due to customs clearance which we have no liability or control over. Customers are advised to monitor their order tracking information and must notify us within 7 days from dispatch if there are any problems with the delivery. Any delivery issues or loss reported after the 7 days can no longer be investigated or compensated.

Any orders sent back to us as a result of refused or attempted delivery will incur a return shipping fee. This will be deducted from your refund.

TAXES + DUTIES
As the recipient, you will be responsible and liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Our shipping fee does not cover taxes. If a payment is required, it will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If the item gets returned to us as a result of unpaid duties, we will deduct the return shipping fee from your order refund. Original shipping costs will also not be refunded.
